the room still ant temal thx Mr Valcon the front office manager he is perfect and professional also thanks for Mr virus the bill captain and the other will capture all of them was very nice and the housekeeping staff or smart in Shalla and I don’t know the other name he was really really good

The location is quiet and comfy.clean hotel and very nice view of bursa city.nice breakfast but there should b some more dishes.the thermal pool and spa was great and relaxing.

Staff was excellent.tgey upgraded us to deluxe suite on they own.thermal bath was very good and closes late 10pm
